I am a senior scientist and project manager at RES. I have over a decade of experience with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, state and federal wetlands permitting, protected species surveys and consultations. I work on and manage Project Development and Environment Studies, wetland mitigation concept development, wetland monitoring, and natural resource surveys and reporting.
