40th Environmental Permitting Summer School

Dr. Sara Weaver is a Principal and V.P. of Natural Resources at Bowman Consulting where she oversees the national environmental team. She has more than 15 years of experience specializing in managing and conducting environmental planning projects, assessments, permitting, agency consultations, and compliance, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, threatened and endangered species habitat assessments and surveys, environmental resource permitting, wetlands and waters of the U.S. delineations, and NEPA documentation. Dr. Weaver is also an energy development and wildlife expert, with experience managing and conducting pre- and post-construction wildlife monitoring surveys. She has published numerous wildlife research studies and continues to conduct research across the U.S.
