Hannah Stevenson’s practice focuses on litigation involving land use and real estate matters throughout the State. She advises clients on issues involving complex land use regulations, contested property interests, zoning laws, municipal codes, Live Local Act, and state development statutes. She represents clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Her practice also includes navigating the intersection of real estate development, local government regulation, and appellate advocacy, with experience handling quasi-judicial municipal actions and disputes involving easements, boundaries, title claims, and contractual issues. Her work spans a broad range of issues affecting property owners, developers, and businesses, providing strategic counsel and advocacy in high-stakes real estate and land use matters.
