I serve as a Senior Vice President and Florida Area Leader for Arcadis’ Resilience Water practice, where I bring over 20 years of experience helping utilities and communities navigate complex water and infrastructure challenges. As a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and Puerto Rico, I combine technical expertise with strategic leadership in program management, utility advisory, and asset management. I am passionate about advancing innovative, sustainable solutions that strengthen resilience, protect critical resources, and improve the quality of life in the communities we serve.
