About me
Environmental Scientist and Consulting Certified Arborist with 39+ years of experience delivering environmental planning, permitting, and compliance services. At RS&H, I support FDOT projects statewide, providing senior technical leadership for PD&E and NEPA studies and coordinating complex environmental and tree permitting efforts.
My background includes wetland science and applied ecology, with expertise in coastal and marine systems—including living shorelines and benthic dive surveys for clients such as the U.S. Navy NAVFAC at NAS Key West—as well as freshwater and upland habitat assessments and listed species coordination.
I provide ISA Certified Arborist and TRAQ consulting, train FDEP water quality inspectors, conduct Phase I ESAs, and perform compliance monitoring for a wide range of transportation, infrastructure, and federal projects.
