Mr. Folsom is a Senior Professional with over 25 years of consulting experience in all aspects of environmental engineering programs and projects; specializing in the management of site investigation, remedial design and performance optimization, brownfields redevelopment, solid and hazardous waste compliance,environmental due diligence, water resources, permitting,construction management, regulatory negotiation, and litigation support. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and a Board-Certified Environmental Engineer in Hazardous Waste Management with the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists. Mr. Folsom is a Guest Lecturer to the University of South Florida College of Engineering, has authored or co-authored a number of industrial papers, provided technical presentations at various symposia in the environmental industry, and an active member of professional associations with the purpose of advancing the industry through improved policy, legislation and regulation.
