About me
Tony Holley, P.E. is a Principal Engineer and Owner at JSA, with over 20 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. His work focuses on the planning, permitting, and design of advanced treatment systems with an emphasis on emerging contaminants, nutrient reduction, and sustainable effluent management. Tony is a recognized expert in the design and implementation of constructed wetlands, having led numerous projects that integrate natural treatment systems for both effluent conditioning and environmentally responsible disposal. His work bridges the gap between engineering and ecosystem restoration, helping clients meet regulatory goals while enhancing water resource resilience. As a panelist on Treatment Wetlands for Ecosystem Restoration and Water Resource Augmentation, Tony will focus on recharge wetlands — sharing insights from his extensive experience in site evaluation, permitting strategy, and the design of systems that support both aquifer recharge and ecological function.
